Premiere tonight at Boom Chicago

Ha! Beards 2014. The beards have finally reached the theater. Tonight is the night for a totally new show at stand-up comedy club Boom Chicago here in Amsterdam. It is called ‘What’s up with those beards’ and it was heralded in the newspaper Next this morning.

From the Boom Chicago site: All of a sudden we’re seeing big hairy beards everywhere.  It’s not just on hipsters, Indy rockers and trendy bartenders. You see them in cafes, at school and on the tram. So is extreme facial hair merely fashionable or does it represent something deeper? Is it time for men to be men again?  Or is this just something strange young people do?

Well, it ís a craze, those beards, ongoing, and rightly so, beards are timeless, so here, now, to the stars and beyond! BILF is the word (Beard I Like to Fumble) and The Beard Factor shóuld be a show (many creative possibilities! ;-))
